1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Mr Humble Meme Factory website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please don’t use the Site. It’s a meme generator — don’t overthink it.

2. Use of the Site

2.1 No Account Required

The Mr Humble Meme Factory is a free, browser-based tool. You don’t need to create an account or provide personal information to generate and download memes. Some optional features — like submitting a meme to the community gallery — may ask you to agree to additional terms at the point of submission.

2.2 Meme Submissions

If you choose to submit a meme to the community gallery, you retain ownership of the text you created. By submitting, you grant Mr Humble a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your submitted meme within the Site for the purposes of running the gallery. If you optionally choose to opt in to creator tagging and provide a social handle, you grant Mr Humble permission to tag or credit that handle if your meme is shared on Mr Humble’s social media channels (without any obligation or guarantee of featuring, posting, or tagging). All submissions are subject to moderation and may be rejected or removed at any time.

2.3 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Create or share content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or harmful.
• Target, harass, or bully any individual or group.
• Generate content that sexualizes minors or promotes violence.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Site’s infrastructure.
• Use the Site to distribute spam or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Impersonate any person, brand, or entity.

In short: make memes, don’t be a dick. Mr Humble is unbothered — you should be too.

3. Templates and Intellectual Property

The Mr Humble character, templates, images, graphics, logos, and original content on this Site are the property of Mr Humble and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may download and share memes you generate for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the Mr Humble character, name, or branding for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

4. Privacy

Your privacy matters. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use information when you use the Site. By using the Site, you consent to those practices.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Mr Humble does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. Templates, features, and content may change without notice. You use the Site at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mr Humble and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of data or any other harm — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or block access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without prior notice — including if you violate these Terms. Violations of section 2.3 may result in submissions being permanently removed and future submissions blocked.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mr Humble operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mr Humble regarding the use of the Site and supersede any prior understandings, whether oral or written.
